# 支付问题

Iptuns 目前支持多种安全、常用的支付渠道，用户可根据自身需求选择适合的方式完成购买与续费。

### 支付宝 <a href="#zhi-fu-bao" id="zhi-fu-bao"></a>

* 支付宝（中国大陆账户）
* 支付宝HK（香港账户）

### 加密货币支付 <a href="#jia-mi-huo-bi-zhi-fu" id="jia-mi-huo-bi-zhi-fu"></a>

支持主流虚拟货币进行支付，链上到账速度快，适合国际用户使用。支付时请以交易所或钱包页面显示的最终扣款金额为准，确保余额充足，避免因手续费导致支付失败。

### 银联支付 <a href="#yin-lian-zhi-fu" id="yin-lian-zhi-fu"></a>

支持中国大陆发行的银联卡付款，支付流程由持牌支付通道提供，不会收取额外的人工服务费用，适合国内及部分海外平台支付场景使用。大陆账户和香港账户支付均支持美元结算，适用于中国用户及香港地区用户使用。

* 若需要通过 `其他方式` 完成支付，可与平台的 `客服取得沟通`，我们客服人员会协助完成支付流程。

* 订单支付状态由系统自动确认，无需重复提交支付
* **若长时间未收到订单更新，可通过客服联系支持团队协助核查**
